Meyerbeer : The fresh and healthy break.

« In the US, they are called the parfaits», explains Thomas Starek. « I buy my fruits at the MIN, we make our own coulis and use sugar-free fromage blanc. And we're successful ».
Everytime, we use the fruits of the season and in winter we use Honey- apples- raisins...etc
These « spécialities » are sold for 4€. The snack also offers flavoured coffees, smoothies, ice blends and will soon offer a juicce bar.
Open everyday from 7 am to 8 pm.
